Madrona Park Escrow has carefully built a staff of
professionals and is equipped with some of the latest technology available to
the escrow industry. Each of the four escrow officers has their own private
office and assistant. Stop by and visit our office, it is unlike any other

Beulah Stidham, Sr. Escrow
Officer, President/Owner.
President of Madrona Park Escrow, Inc., Beulah has been an
Escrow Officer for many years. She handles even the toughest
escrows with confidence and works to make the "escrow
experience" pleasant for her clients.
She is a member of the
California Escrow Association, Torrance Chamber of Commerce, affiliate member of
Palos Verdes Peninsula and South Bay Association Realtors, and is presently on
the board of directors for the Escrow Institute of California.
While living in Germany for a time, she served as Chairwoman
of the Business Office of the Ramstein Air Base Officer's Wives Club Bazaar and
Chairwoman of their 25th Anniversary Bazaar. The Bazaar is a huge fund raiser
for the needs of the Military community. |

Escrow, Rebecca is able to provide her customers with prompt,

Officer.
Serving customers in the South Bay
since 1978, Jay Lynn Watts has working experience in both
banking and escrow services. She has treated her customers with
care and respect for over 11 years as an escrow officer and
places high priority on every file. She is a hard worker
and an Escrow Officer that any client would love. |
